We’re excited to announce the speakers for the upcoming IoTSF Bangalore meetup, sponsored by NXP India.
Our theme this time is ‘Security by Design: A Chip-to-Cloud Approach’ — a topic that is more relevant than ever as IoT ecosystems become deeply embedded in critical infrastructure, connected products, and intelligent systems.
We’re bringing together experts who will cover the full spectrum of IoT security. Together, these sessions will give attendees a holistic understanding of what it takes to build ‘end-to-end trust’ — from the silicon and device layer all the way to cloud and compliance.

Rashmi Iyer (NXP India) will share insights on securing fabless workflows, mitigating hardware trojan risks, and strengthening trust in third-party IP and cloud-based EDA environments.
Chip-to-device security foundations
Deepak Rana (NXP India) will explore the building blocks of trustworthy devices — Secure boot, TrustZone, crypto engines, PUFs, secure provisioning, onboarding, and lifecycle security including updates and decommissioning.
Zero trust from edge to cloud
Saran Govindarajan (Cumulocity) will bring a cloud provider’s perspective on scaling zero trust architectures using hardware roots of trust (RoT), cloud IAM / KMS, secure provisioning at scale, and automated policy enforcement.
Global compliance & certification
Vellai Pandi (Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) Directorate) will walk through global frameworks such as IEC 62443, ETSI EN 303645, common criteria, CRA and the emerging regulatory landscape shaping IoT deployments in India and worldwide.
Software supply chain security
Balaji Bharadwaj (Black Duck) will share insights on open-source vulnerability management, SBoM, firmware analysis, and runtime protection.
